1. Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of goods concluded between Cache & Carrie Limited ("we", "us", "the seller") and a customer through the online shop elevn-jewellery.com (ELEVN Jewellery). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

2.2 By completing the checkout and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order.

2.3 We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. This confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate e-mail or by dispatching the goods, at the latest when payment is completed through a payment provider that confirms the transaction immediately.

2.4 The contract is concluded in the language of the shop you ordered in. We store the contract text and send you the order details by e-mail. These terms are always available on this page.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The details and the model withdrawal form are set out in our right of withdrawal and our return and refund policy.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are shown in the currency of the shop. Applicable taxes and any delivery costs are shown before you complete your order.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise in our shipping policy or at checkout, customs duties, import taxes or fees that arise on delivery are payable by the customer.

4.3 The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed unless a payment method states otherwise.

5. Delivery

5.1 Goods are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times are stated in our shipping policy.

5.2 For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes on delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a person authorised by the consumer to receive them.

5.3 If delivery fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, we may charge the reasonable costs incurred.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

7. Statutory warranty and lifetime warranty

7.1 You are entitled to the statutory warranty rights for defects (legal guarantee of conformity) under the law that applies to you.

7.2 In addition, our jewellery comes with a voluntary lifetime warranty for accidental damage under the conditions set out in our return and refund policy. The lifetime warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Liability

8.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law.

8.2 For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. Discount codes and gift cards

9.1 Discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.2 Gift cards can be redeemed only in our online shop and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card.

10. Applicable law

All legal relationships between the parties are governed by the law of Hong Kong, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

11. Dispute resolution
