Returning an Order
We always want the best for our customers. Therefore, products can be returned within 14 days after delivery of your order. However, all products must be packaged in proper and original condition to accept the return. If your order is returned to us without the complete original packaging, or if there is any damage, your refund or exchange will not be processed by us.

- Before returning your product, it is necessary to first contact us at klantenservice@elevn-jewellery.com. If we have not received an email and/or the return instructions are not followed, your return will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns for solid gold or custom-made products, as these are personalized. Furthermore, return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Elevn Jewellery.
** To ensure we can continue to offer our customers the best deals and service, returns during Black Friday and other holidays will only be accepted in exchange for store credit or a product exchange of the same value. This policy allows us to continually offer attractive deals while maintaining the quality and value of our products.

If we made an error with the shipment, such as sending the wrong product, Elevn Jewellery will refund the return shipping costs.
If you decide to return your products within 14 days, we kindly ask you to contact us first. We aim to send you the return instructions within 24 hours. Before returning the product, it must of course comply with the return policy.
Warranty
Your jewellery is DESIGNED to last a long time.
But sometimes accidents happen. That’s why every piece of jewellery comes with a Full Lifetime Warranty.
A broken necklace? A damaged bracelet? We’ve got you covered.
Note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage. So, a heads-up – if your jewellery is lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party, we cannot cover this.

Cancelling Your Order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel items after placing your order. If you no longer want the products, you can go through the regular return process to return the products.
