Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $60 depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via e-mail and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Free shipping: on all orders above $60 for the United States, Canada and Mexico.

For orders under the threshold, the following shipping costs apply:

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please e-mail info@elevn-jewellery.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you further.
